is it legal to rev up your engine as much as you want as long as youre meeting the decibel level?

technically, yes it is as long as you dont cause a disturbance, but i wouldnt advise doing it, cause theres always some smart *** police officers that are still power tripping that will hear that and then write you for everything they can find.
