06 Civic no AC
I bought the car back in the winter and the heat is great, the weather got disgustingly hot and to my luck, no AC. I bought the recharge kit for $60 and it tells me the system is overcharged. I just bought new relays for the air conditioning unit and still nothing. The compressor won't even kick in. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Run the engine, turn on the AC.
Do the radiator fans turn on?
Have you checked if the compressor is receiving +12v?
How many miles are on the car?

I have done all of the above aside from checking the voltage. I unfortunately don't have a volt meter but definitely could get my hands on one from a friend. Next is to jump the compressor to see if that is the root cause.
