Rep Power: 0 The thing I dont get is ... isn't all that fluid rated at a -40C rating. Its properties ensure that it doesn't freeze. So whats the whole point on warming it ?
Its like that new GM or whatever that heats it to 40 degrees or something, there really is no point to that gimmick.
Physical laws of liquid dynamics doesn't really have an effect on the fluid in that duration of time, to increase its performance (cleaning the window more effectively) if heated.
The amount of liquid sprayed has a more determinate effect on how well it clears the window, rather that temperature.

Rep Power: 295 ^^i think it is supposed to melt any snow or ice on the window before you start the wipers, so that you dont need to scrape off your window anymore. Highly doubt it makes the fluid any better at making the window clear, but if there is ice on the window a 40 degree fluid will melt it. (supposedly)

Rep Power: 236 Somebody go look under their hood and tell me where to put it.Has to be as close as possible to the windsheid washer nozzles. As far as possible from hot engine parts.I have no clue where to put it.It's about 9inches long by 4 inches wide.I have ABS so I don't know if you guys without it have a space there.
