Sheena will probably come this time. She says that she wants to come down for some T.O. meets.
I'll book that Saturday off at work. I hope my exhaust is on by that time! *looks at Mike* and my intake

Now to the part where we had a little MSN discussion about:
I understand your viewpoint on things with Gen7, from my outside perspective on things. Basically to me Gen7 last season (the only time I knew them) looked more like a social club than a team. True, you'd enter shows together, but it was not anything hardcore into entering the shows and truly representing a unified group.. It looked to me like it was still just a club. Especially when others would show up under another banner than the Gen7 one. For Gen7 to succeed, as it stands right now, is to determine its future. In doing so, they might need to step away from the home they have right now, of 7thgencivic, taking a page really out of other teams (like Stage7). You've been a member for a good while, have those Texas area people been posting as they used to ? Mr.Modify in particular? I'd say no ..
I personally consider myself just a member of 7thgencivic.com (and very much doubt I would ever be a Gen7 member) and honestly, in my view, some of those in the team blur the line and view that membership as Gen7. To me, it should be two separate bodies really - some blending but not as deeply as it is right now. In any event, for this kick-off meet I will go and see what the Gen7 reps have to say - but more importantly, I'm going for a drive to see some other nice 7thgen civics and their drivers.

Rep Power: 0 I know what you meen man us Ottawa crew are more tight then GEN7 will ever be and I dont need people tellin me what to do and what not to do.... And because I dont have a GEN7 I dont need to fell like a outcast so I will stay here in Ottawa that weekend and have our usual meet on Friday night meet and talk shop because I know that none of the people in the Ottawa forums think they are better than anyone we all have equal cars weather it is a 5 6 7 gen civic or a 240 or a Laser or a Impreza. We have the one most important thing in common we love to mod car and take them too new levels......

Rep Power: 268 As all of you know I hate gen7. Everything about it. I have hated it from the first time we started talking about it. I do not like being told how to drive, how loud my music must play etc. I think that we have a good group of people in Ottawa. I think it is unfair to exclude people here, people who have been by our sides for the past 3 years just so I can have a sticker on my car. We went to darknights last year and the people in TO didn't even show as gen7. The ottawa people did. Now there are people who don't even have 7gens anymore. Do you think it is fair that they are not allowed to be part of a team. I have talked to Andrew and he knows that if we go to darknights he is more then welcome to join us. No team, just a bunch of friends.
