Battery relocating
Curious to know if anyones done this before. I've ran out of room in my engine bay and I could probably fab up some kind of kit myself but I was wondering what store would have like 2 guage wire?
Ask me about your mom.

I'm in the process of doing this.
I bought ZERO gauge wire from an audio store. Best to go with zero gauge. I asked around, and picked quite a few brains...the best solution is zero gauge.
I got it from 'autotrendz' in stittsville, but any car audio shop will have it. it's expensive, but worth it.
you have to get an enclosure for the battery (only if you wanna pass safety, and pass the tech inspection for autocross). The enclosure everyone uses is for outboard batteries (on boats and stuff).
When I go buy my enclosure, I'll tell you how much, etc...if you haven't gotten yours yet.

I was going to buy a battery relocation kit from summitracing.com (link)
but If that box is pretty good then I may be interested i that. Maybe we could get a discount on a kit if we are all looking to do it. I think Jer is interested too, so that would be at least 5 of us. Maybe talk to Dezod about a group buy or something.
I'll post something in the "group buys wanted" forum
