I need to rant
So as most of you know I have a problem with my gall bladder. I was going to have surgery on Jan 10 to have it removed. So my plan was that I was going to spend the holidays with my family go back to work for a week then I would have a week off for my surgery. So since I have been bumed out about the holidays I have been trying everything to get into the spirit. So finally I start to get excited about going and today I get a call from my Doctor. It seems as though my boss (who is also a dr.) called him today and asked if he could rush me in for surgery. She totally violanted my confidentiality with MY doctor and they talked about my condition. She asked him if he could rush my surgery and book me for Dec 20th. So now my trip for Christmas is a bust. I leave this Friday and have to come back Sunday. Have surgery Monday and hope that I am good enough to drive back to TO For Friday. This really sucks. I am running the risk of not being able to drive back to TO and end up spending Christmas alone. This morning she asked how I was feeling. If I knew she would of done this after hearing what happened this week-end, I would not of told her I was in the hospital.I am so FU(KING PISSED right now

Rep Power: 316 Caryn correct me if I'm wrong... but your "boss" isn't YOUR doctor, so they had no right to dicuss your condition, and they had no right to reschedule your scheduled surgery without fisrt consulting with you ... I'd blast whomever needs blasting... and I wouldn't hold back!

Hopefully you'll feel well enough to travel. Will someone be driving you down to toronto, or is it just you that's going there?

Rep Power: 292 I have decided that i am still going to TO this week-end. I will just come back on sunday. I will be driving to TO alone. Either way I will be going. I just have to make sure that I don't take any meds the day I go back. I will just take them when I get there. I don't care, I just need to get there.

Rep Power: 292 Thats the problem. My original surgery date was Feb 22, it got changed to Jan 10th. When that happened I told them I needed that date cause I needed it out asap. So that backfired and now they say I can get it out sooner.
So now I am going to bed and
myself to sleep. Maybe the New year will bring some better luck. Man this has been a hard 6 months. When will it let up....BTW anyone hiring?

I have to stop caring what people think and just blast people. I know they were kinda trying to help but wtf. The only reason they wanted me to have the surgery on Monday was casue it was good for them, Thats what bothers me the most. They never asked what I wanted or even cared. I am so fed up right now I just wannna quit.
