Newbie Here
hey... i'm a newbie here on the forums... i'm burnhard88 from www.maxbimmer.com... i live in the ottawa area, more specifically kars... it's near manotick... about 21 km from ottawa... i have my g1... but i get my g2 in less than 2 months... i have a 1997 civic lx... it is like fiorest green in clour... it's automatic... lol... but i got the el brake lights put in, two 12" infinity subs with a 1000 watt rockford fosgate amp... i have a pioneer head unit, but looking at the new avic-n1 tv deck from pioneer... looks mint... got about a 3 1/2" exhaust on it (don't kno the brand of exhaust), car alarm from derand motorsports, enkei rims, yokohama a520 tires (215/40/R16), and a k&n high flow air filter... i think i listed everything... lol... just looking for some guys in the ottawa area that are cruzing every weekend... are there weekly meets??? if their are, where are they at and when???

yea... usually my cousin goes with me... he usually comes with me on the bimmer cruizes from maXbimmer... but where are the meets/cruizes at???

ahh ic.. as for the meet, check out the friday night thread or ask the veterans.. I'm new here myself. I'm pretty sure they don't go near 400 highways though...

The one cruise I went with them was through back-streets .. because I don't think speed-bumps would be on highways. And yes I know.. less eyes on the static in my hands, more eyes on the road

Might just take you a bit to get to the initial location (Wind Tunnel) after that its a short sprint to Locals (restaurant) then to M&M (?Meadows and Merrivale?? next to a Tim Hortons = where other people converge) after that was a short cruise around some back streets ending up in lover's lane .. err I mean under a bridge (don't ask me where/what bridge... do remember it being a bridge that commerical vechiles are not allowed on.)

thanks for the info janlop... when i cruize with the bimmer folk we meet at the merivale and meadowlands timmies... last time we went, i organized a cruize i think on june 4th... we ended up going from the timmies at merivale and meadowlands to the auto-x at the corel centre... was great fun... took all the back roads... is there a meet tomorrow night???
