Damn...this weather almost killed me today people. I went into Kanata to get some running around done and also to get the pics from the meet yesterday. So those of you who know where I live know that I have to take the 417 quite a ways to get to Kanata. Going in was fine but the weather got worse between around 2 and 4 this afternoon.

LUCKILY I PUT MY SUMMER TIRES ON YESTERDAY!!

On the way back just after passing Bayshore I went to hit the middle lane. This moron in front hit the brakes for a reason I'm not sure of and forced me to brake fast. The fookin highway was icy and my car went COMPLETELY sideways at 130 km/h (about 80 mph)!!!!!!

I turned the wheel into the turn and then out but it just skated. Finally I caught some road that was just wet and the car bit pulling the azz end back so it was just basically a fast fish tail.

I am beyond lucky for a few reasons. One that I was in the middle allowing me alot more room. Two, there was nobody around me close enough to get in the way and three....

Because I'M STILL ALIVE TO TELL YOU ABOUT IT!!!


Anyway...DON'T GO ANYWHERE ON YOUR SUMMERS!!!!!
