thanks I posted up on the thread. like I said a bit earlier, the popping noise I barly hear anymore, I don't think it's worth dis-assembling the whole strut again to fix it.

The steering wheel isn't bad at all actually. off by a smidgen 
an alignment will fix that no prob.
