Accumulated turbo parts...
^^you need more fuel to accomodate for the extra compression, to prevent detonation and messin **** up!!!
tek:so ur gonna build a manual boost controller thing? Cool....also for ur air/fuel gauge i wouldnt reccomend getting the aem one. I dunno it bounces around alot, and never really seems to give an accurate reading on what is going on, and when ur talkin bout boost u wanna make sure ur not running lean, but it might work i dunno!! anyways good luck!!!
edit: check this thing out if u still need a air fuel gauge. A little pricey

sweet, thanks baller!
yeah, I need something REALLY accurate for the air/fuel gauge, as that's what I'll be using to setup the air/fuel ratio after I install the turbo.
I'll be getting the HKS S-AFR (Super Air/Fuel Regulator) for the fuel management.
Also, the injectors have been ordered and should be here sometime next week
little by little, the project is coming together. sooo slow, but at least it's keeping me busy
EDIT: Baller: d00d, seriously, buy me that air fuel gauge
hehehe it's so ****** tight! keep your eye open for this, but cheaper
hehehe It's now officially the gauge I want!

^^yah i saw it and automatically though about a turbo set-up. Its really sweet cuz it comes with the wideband sensor and it has digital reading plus electric like the other ones! You might be able to craft ur own out of a gauge and just buy a wideband sensor. I can't wait to see all ur parts. Lemme know when ur gonna install cuz id love to come and help and learn as much as possible

for sure, d00d!
still a long way to go with collecting the parts and all, but hopefully by the end of the summer I'll be able to install it all. hopefully

yup. it'll perform better in the winter actually, because cold air is more dense.
my only concern in the winter is leaving the fuel computer out in the cold cuz the screen (lcd) will freeze and *** up the pixels

Dasica: yup. if you build it right, it can make more. But, I'm not interested in peak power...I'm interested in a quick spooling turbo that can deliver maximum boost at a low RPM.
All while being REALLY reliable.
