Selling my 2003 SIR white

WANT to buy house

take over payments of $330 per month (THIS IS NOT A LEASE)
buy out of 9000-10000 at end
45000km
full gfx package

or buy car for $20500

after market parts that are not currently on the car
-AEM cold air
-Koni yellows with skunk 2 coilover with RSX top mount
-polished nuespeed upper strut bar
-ingalls rear camber kit

if you buy the car I may through this stuff in

car was never raced as I have a 93 civic hatch with B16A supercharged that I race on the week ends-----13.4@105mph
