Anyone know the best possible price I can expect a dealer to sell me one? I'm considering importing one from Washington for 21,800 USD before tax..it comes with summer tires which I think are necessary, while Canadian Hondas give you lame all season tires. I would have to add about 320 dollars to that price for inspection border fees.

If you can tell me a salesperson to get a good deal through, I'd also appreciate it.
