does anyone's car actually have hooks or is it just those round thingys in the trunk that you hook the net onto?

my car came with the cargo net and the same type of hooks found on the lx civic (no cargo net from factory). the manual shows hooks but mine dont look like the ones in the manual.

Well to install it properly, you need to cut the carpet mat and attach the hooks. I just had mine hanging from the pegs on each side. Worked fine without cutting anything.

let me reiterate that my car came from the factory with a cargo net. there are already holes for it on the trunk mat etc. but the hooks look different than how they're shown in the manual.

i'm just wondering what type of hooks you people have. btw, the lx civic also has the hooks already installed even though the car doesnt come with a cargo net.
