Rep Power: 0 Car Most Likely a Write Off
**EDIT** Pics Below
Well tongiht at about 5:30 i was driving accross lethbridge and passed an intersection where a dum kunt decided to turn left in front of me on a solid green as soon as i entered the intersection, we couldnt even say a word before impact, i was going approximatly 50 km/h and my buddy said i swerved and breaked hard but still creamed her(i dont remember the point of impact, just spinning around and pitch blackness)....
her vehicle( a dodge caravan) was spun around doing a 180 while mine did at least one full spin and came to rest facing the opposite direction i had come from with both air bags deployed and prolly 10 meteres down and to the side of the van.
My buddy and i both have minor injuries(cuts, bruises, sore necks etc and the lady driving the van went to the hospital even though she complained of only the same injuries
she has since been charged by the cops but my car is pretty much ****ed, my cell phone that was in my cup holder was in pieces which shows how hard the impact must have been, seat belts are ripped, mirrors and the fornt end are detroyed, somehow my passeneger rear wheel well was caved in and the wheel was dangling altho besides that area there was no damage on that side
sorry for the giberish and spell spelling, hopefully it made some sense

Rep Power: 250 Even though you don't want to be in a crash, with a head on, you have the engine to protect you (somewhat), though the lady in the Van is lucky, if you were a truck, she could have died..easily. Sucks man..what is your car gonna be worth then (write off wise). You know any mention of being "sore" will help money wise.

Rep Power: 0 well my car was appraised at 28000 a year ago, and damage has been estimated at 25000 just by a visual appraisal, so im sure its a writeoff, and im expecting around 26xxx due to depreciation etc...and im already going to physio and my neck/back do hurt like a bitch so i better be compensated, but a lawyer form my dads firm is working on it so its in good hands
