The spedo light sheild to be specific. Mine sits high for some reason and I can't calibrate it correctly.

The one spedo light sheild was raised up to high so the needle was sticking around 120kph, which caused to to be off by ~15. Took it all apart, used some hot glue and repositioned the needle and it works good now.
