Zex Wet Kit Qestion...

So I got my kit hooked up the other day and Ive sprayed a few times. Its the first time Ive ever been in a car running nitrous so I wasnt really sure what to expect. I jetted it for the 55 shot. When I flip the switch and hit wide open throttle my RPM do increase but Im not feeling a realy surge in power. Is that to be expected? Or was I just expecting too much. It should also be noted I havent gotten a bottle warmer or purge kit yet which Im sure are affecting performance. Thanks in advance.

-Joey

Ohh... Do you guys running nitrous usually judge when the bottle needs refilled by weight of the bottle or whats the best method. Thanks again.

When I installed the dry zex kit in my old car I thought the same thing. I checked the nossel that went in the intake and it was turned around, so it sprayed towards the filter and not the manifold. I'm not sure about the set up of the wet kit.

Doulble check all your fitting. Especialy the lines coming from the NMU into the intake as you can't tell much until you actually hit the N2O. Also check the pressure of your tank. Basicaly make your its full. What was your pressure gauge reading when you turned the bottle on. And if you had it mounted up front what was it reading as you stomped the throttle.

I havent gotten my gauge connected to the bottle yet so i dont know what the pressure was, i seriously think it was a result of the bottle being too cold, and therefor not enough pressure. I bought my kit from Circa, great to do business with, hella fast shipping.
