nope. you'd have to do a full engine/tranny/ECU swap (with any associated components) if you want to put a DOHC in your car

it is called D to K swap, not a SOHC non-VTEC to VTEC.
D engine series (cot-cot-cot) are a different animal than a K-series engine (cheetah sounds)
moved out of the SOHC section and to engine swap section
