Re: Headers Question

Technically, yes, it'll fit. It'll bolt up to the was just fine. The problem lies on the other side of the manifold. Since your cat is integrated I to your exhaust mani, and the ex has it as part of the downpipe, your manifold is longer than an ex's. you'd have to convert to an ex exhaust setup

Re: Headers Question

It will fit, but you are going to have to buy a new cat and have it welded onto the exhaust. You will also have to purchase an 02 sensor extension cable. BE VERY CAREFUL as you drive an 04 and it runs a wide-band sensor which is VERY expensive to replace. I learned the hard way. i bought an after market header with cat delete. the sensor was pushed out and the wiring to the sensor arched and fried not only my stock sensor but ruined my ECU. i had to put it back to stock, and buy a new sensor ($250ish) and new ECU($600 new, $150ish used). You won't see huge gains running a header on this engine and you'll lose A LOT of low end torque.
