Well... I'm going to be running a MONSTER fully built bottom end @ 5psi running a KILLER like what... 170whp? Oh well - at least it'll be running and not in pieces. I gotta take a pic of my GReddy Type S with a bolt and dum-dum shoved in where the adjuster is supposed to go. It's funny in a ghetto-fab sort of way.

I think it is compressor surge. I was looking at an eclipse forum and they had multiple old posts about the cool Psssh-ssh-ssh-ssh sound versus blowing up your turbo. I think I'm going to get a new BOV. Now... TiAL or GReddy RS or another type?

I like the Tial personally. Only thing is that you can't ever run a recirc with it because it doesn't have a horn like the Greddy or the HKS. Nor can you run a duck call with it either What are you going to do about the flange in your piping? How does the Type S plumb in compared to the other ones you're thinking about?
