i kno a k is the most used swap on here, i was justwondering what other options our cars have, are there any motors other then d seris that will drop in our mounts? is a b series practical?

ull find that the only swap u can really do is a k, i asked this q about 3 weeks ago and everyone gave me crap for it, so a k is ur only way to go, or turbo... which isnt a swap at all. u can do other swaps if u know how to make motor mounts, and have a whole bunch of money

its not legal to put a engine from an older car into a new car so that eliminates many choices for a DD car... so unless its a full race car engine choices are limited... i suppose you could get custom mounts for a R18 civic but i dont know if you would call it worth it but still... i bet it could be done but i dont think you would find any engines and it would be expensive.

hmm so hasport doesnt have b seris mounts for our cars hunh? i just think for the money i could put an h in cheaper and similar power, plus i could get a colsed deck, good for boost

although the k is really expensive, it makes very good hp especially when boosted, its a great base for modding

H-series.... H22??? well i have only seen it attempted once here locally

aem did the b series swap, but of course they're mechanics are backed with all types of crazy money.
