im experience with photoshop...what kind of sig do u have in mind. my only problem is i suck at resizing and getting the images perfect for the sig..i duno why i cant do that. but i can make an image and have someone else get it the right size or what not. tell me what u guys want. i know theres other photoshop guys out there soo...lets see. pm me or post up here wat u want in the sig and ill do my best to get it done as soon as possible.

So... I got my stage 2 cam today. Little problem with my order though- didnt get all my items, I think I'm missing a box- but I think I only got one tracking number, hmm... time to hollar at dezod.

I had bought some stuff from Horsepowerfreaks.com (local shop for me) in the past, and out of no where the other day they send me an e-mail letting me know about their dyno day this saturday. Might as well go and dyno my car to get the before numbers for 50 bucks. Kind of a lot of money all things consitering that I just dropped 700+ on engine stuff.

Someones gotta step up right?

Hey triz you should think of having a contest. Have whomever is good in photoshop design some sigs and have them post them in a new thread and have us users and the mods pick which one they like. Winner could get a free t-shirt, or some points, or possibly like 20 bucks? Just an idea.

Stage 2... you should be rocking pretty soon then TRIZ. yeah upgrading an engine isnt cheap. Did you decide to use the VAFCII? How many miles are on your car? Since you have you head off you may want to change the water pump and timing belt.

About the sigs- someone suggested making a sig that would link to this thread, that ppl could post in their sigs to get the word out on the rnd build. Basically anything that looks good and gets the message across in a clean way would be nice to see. Anyone want to make a thread to kick start the sigs? I got a lot going on so if someone could kick start it- that would be dope. LT, or anyone?

I have a vafc2 ATM, going to hook it up one of these days and then run with it till I can run Kpro (gotta wait on some paychecks).

when i was looking up some stuff i found somewhere that could build a real header for the D17 :http://theoldone.com/components/head...ng_headers.htm $1375 and intake manifold: http://theoldone.com/components/ which i email and they said it would cost in the $1050-1250.00 range and they would have to see one of our intake manis to see if it could be done. this company has done alot of B and D series work and has alot of articles and an impressive history. just thought i would share it with you guys

any word one HP gains from that.

**** 2500 for two mods...i can only hope that HP gains would be significant and still allow us to use the car as a DD.

it could be hit or miss with them because they are custom parts so there is no way to really know how much they would help unless someone went for it. im sure they would both be have higher gains than any existing parts but its hard to say how much. i would guess look for a D16Z6 ( or whichever is the vtec head) with similar higher end mods like these to compare with. i doubt either of the last two (headers or intake mani) would make the car unstreetable.
