Intercooler
Intercooler
ok so I got about half way through the turbo install last night. I came to the intercooler. I just don't see how this thing mounts flush anywhere? All i get is two small *** bolts to hold it on. Either I got cut alot out of my bumper support or I just didn't see it last night. Anyone have pictues!!! I'm going to get started on wrapping it up!

Re: Intercooler
I don't even have my bumper installed right now b/c I'm too lazy to cut it. But mine needs to be cut out from the back by about 3/4" in order to clear the one intercooler charge pipe from the driver's side. Dezod's intercooler kit places both charge pipes on the passenger side to prevent having to cut.

Re: Intercooler
no pictures... my intercooler has two plates that bolt to the bottom of the radiator support. I drilled 4 holes and that's all she wrote. If I had my bumper installed, I'd have to drill two holes into the front of it to mount the top L bracket of the intercooler. I'm pretty sure its the South Florida Performance kit... which no longer exists because it sucks. It's a Spearco core though.
Anyway - most of these intercoolers require drilling your own hole because Honda never anticipated anyone needing to attach anything to the front.
