HELP!! civic Ex turbo ...Emange question

Can anyone say if i need to use the Greddy pressure sensor? I'm running 8psi of boost. Anyone had any issues with the stock map sensor? Help!

Re: HELP!! civic Ex turbo ...Emange question

you SHOULD get the greddy pressure sensor. without it it will be really hard to tune the emanage with boost. the the pressure sensor you can tune off of a boost reference rather than throttle reference if im not mistaken. if you run without the greddy pressure sensor you will probably be only to get a good full throttle tune and not partial throttle tune. the stock MAP sensor is fine, just use the emanage voltage clamp feature to keep the sensor from seeing boost, or you can get a missing link (synapse). hope this helped you, rep me if it did!

for more information read the emanage faq.
