I was wondering if i got the ECU jetchip which has to be accustomed with your vehicle would work well still the same if i turbo or supercharged the civic after i get the ECU for the stuff i have now?

probably not. chips advance your timing and when you go FI, most of the time you wanna have your timing retarded to help prevent detonation.
