I HAVE THE TSI TURBO KIT INSTALLED . I SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE MAKING THERE OWN FUEL RETURN SET UPS . I WAS LOOKING FOR FUEL PUMP AND CALLED A FEW PLACES , NO ONE MAKES A FUEL PUMP FOR MY 05 CIVIC EX
5SP. NO LISTINGS. SO IM HERE ASKING FOR IDEAS OF FUEL RAIL , FUEL REGULATOR, FUEL PUMP,AND A RETURN SYSTEM . DOES ANY ONE MAKE THESE ITEMS OR I HAVE TO MAKE THEM . AND THE ON GOING SEARCH FOR A INTAKE MANIFOLD.ITS SUCKS HAVING LIMITATIONS . SO IF YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS OF PARTS PLEASE LEAVE THE NAME PART AND THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PART ,AND IF YOU HAVE A PART # THAT WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS A MILLION.

Walbro 255lph fits our cars if you need to upgrade your fuel pump. Dezod sells them and you can find them for about $100. I don't think anyone makes a fuel rail but alot of ppl go custom. KMS make an intake manifold and I've heard the Venom manifold for the d16 fits our cars too with modification. Street level performance make a return fuel system you can check that out on their website or you can go custom too all the tuning guys say its not too hard. There's stuff out there man so don't lose hope. Your kit will come together.

You could buy these if you dont want to covert to a return setup
High Flow Fuel Injector (K-Series Engines)

Or you could buy stock type S injectors and modify them yourself to save some $$$, I have these and trust me, they provide more fuel than youll ever need for a turbo d17.

Quick question (don't mean to mijack the thread), I don't know if this has been discussed before, but the K24 injectors CAN be used on the D17 right?

K24 injectors are 310cc. K23 injectors are 410. The whole "add more gas" thing has been covered a billion times, and its in the FAQ. Read up all you want.
