From what I've been reading so far, PCS sounds good and seem to be better than E-manage. I think it's worth the extra $200 bucks.

Yeah dude, I would just save up. You will get more power out of your set up and it will save you a lot of time in the long run.

Take off the boost controller so you stop spiking and just leave it to the wastegate spring at 5 psi.
