Need some help.

ok....I finally finished my turbo setup on my car at 2am this morning. I let it sit all day to make sure everything was dry (gasket maker for oil pan/oil return etc.......) So anways, I start it up everything runs fine and idles a little high but nothing bad, probably was around 1100 to 1300 so......................my question to anyone who can try to help is------ How can I make my car run safe (mess with the a/f) before I get my tune which won't be for another 2 weeks and I want to be able to drive my car and NOT get on it really but be safe to drive for the remainder of the time.

I have K20a injectors, VAFC-2.

Any help appreciated.

thx

Put the stock injectors back in, pull a charge pipe, stick a filter on the end of it. Basically, insure it doesn't boost until you get it tuned.

dude, the VAFC2 is probably the worst form of fuel management next to nothing. It doesnt compensate for boost. It only adds fuel for throttle position. Id say pull your BOV off and save up for an emanage.

stl01civic is an unknown quantity at this point
Pull one of the pipe off and make sure u don't go over 3500rpm. Tunning w/ VFAC-2 is okay, but for best result get emanage!!!

i agree but that's what i have for now, emanage will come later.

(jackburton)-You can run whatever psi with a VAFC2 or Emanage, one just has a better way of tunning your car more accurately I guess you could say.

thx guys for the help. I'm just gonna run it a little rich to be sure i dont go lean and i wont be mashing on it til i get my tune in a week.

peace
