Ok man. Is that why it is cutting out when I shift from first (6000 rpms) into second.
Another thing... I got the the code P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold and I was wondering if I need something like this to take the CEL off.

the whole problem here is that you dont want to listen to anyone. you think its just an easy fix and the car doesnt need any tune time. you wont listen to anyone and you continue to ask questions when your goingto get the same amswer. you dont know what your doing enough to do it yourself and you wont listen so i dont know hwy anyone has bothered posting in the past 4 pages becasue he does what he wants to and hasnt taken a bit of advice he has been given. at this point i am just waiting for you to blow the motor

it almost sounds like your getting too much fuel at low rpms and not enough at high. a motor is pretty much basic you have to know that everything revolves around fuel, ignition and air. well your sensors monitor these things making adjustments when needed. i think your map sensor may be freaking out. are you running the pressure sensor for the emanage?? is the car seeing any boost before it starts acting up?? BTW i posted like 4 different shops located in Indiana in your other thread to try to help you get this worked out. its up to you to find out if they are greddy certified tech's and how close they are to you.
