I got some NGK spark plugs and the cut out didnt go away....I went to autozone to get a diognestic test and it was about the 02 sensor and the cat. I think the reason is that the 02 sensor is not behind the cat on my turbo?
Any suggestions for the cut out when im giving it gas? Fuel pump? Missing Link? Exhaust not complete?

A cat failure would not cause limp mode to occur. If you have the e-mangle, why would you need the missing link. Just use the voltage clamp.

Buying the missing link is a WASTE of $$$ when you have E-manage. What fuel system are you using, i didnt see it listed (injectors, pump, return yes or no, regulator?)??? After reading all 4 pages did you mention its been tuned? Does the car have some sort of O2 Simulator (mechanical or electrical) New plugs, or worn out old ones?? Do you have a wideband AFR meter? Do you have a copy of the dyno tune graph? Do you have a copy to the maps used on the e-manage? If so this is information that would be helpful!
