TSI Emissions?

Since the downpipe in the tsi kit replaces the converter, how do some people with the kit pass the emissions? I know here in georgia, the emissions stations check for converters.

keep your stock CAT and have it welded so that you can bolt it on for testing and you will pass

THANKS, MY FRIEND HAD THE SAME IDEA. I AM NOT SURE IF EMISSIONS STATIONS CHECK THE CAT ON CARS OLDER THAN 1996. THEY TEST THE GAS CAP AND THEY PLUG IN THE DIGN. THATS ALL. I WILL TRY WITH OUT IT. AND THEN WITH YOUR IDEA. THANKS..
