But after it clears I think we may still smell something.
i dont think this guy has any idea what he is talking about. i know for a fact that if he is just running a 150 wet shot with everything else stock. he would not have a running car after a week. especially if he uses it 4 times a week. he probably just tells you that its a 150 shot but its probably actually just a 50 or 75

He's a n00b, he also said in another post about getting the "Vtec Inside" sticker.
When you come into a forum stating fictional things, people will call BS, not because they just think it, but because they KNOW it can't be done. Its like me saying i'm gonna run 20 lbs of boost on my turbo with stock internals and no emanage, it can't be done!

hmm 150 shot kinda hard to believe? im running a 50 shot with turbo, but tunned alot and only spray at the track. and check everything after i spray. but only sprayed 2 times with it. i guess you could run 150 shot if you are extremly well tunned and super cold plugs.

I always take posters like this with a grain of salt. It's not even worth discussing.
A noob can't approach a professional and tell him he's doing something wrong, the professional knows better. I'm not saying we're professionals... but we know this story doesn't jive. It's bs.

I just think that most people are calling BS because a 150 shot has ruined motors MUCH better and stronger than ours. A 150 shot is more than double the HP on a stock D17, so that's like someone coming over here and saying that they are running a stock D17 with 19+psi of boost on stock internals. You can do it once, just make sure that you get it on film. Nitrous also stresses the engine more than a turbo (instant hit). I just don't think that its happening.
Wow, I don't even know where to begin here. So, what's the reason he can't run a 150 shot? Is it because it's too much power for stock internals? Is that what everyone is saying?
Guess what, I'm running MORE than double the power my stock motor makes and I have never had problems from too much power. I am in the process of adding on more to get even better numbers. I will run a 12 second pass on a stock d17, however much power that takes. And the car will remain daily driven. So, if I can make 275-300 whp with turbo, why can't someone make 250 whp with nitrous?

you are dyno'n around 250 like you stated. BUT you are doing it with
1. colder plugs
2. probably a NON stock clutch/pressure plate
3. a/f controller
4. turbo timer (maybe idk)
5. boost controller
6. probably different cams, 7.springs and 8.retainers
and a whole bunch of other ****.
and if you think our motor can handle 2x the stock hp on stock stuff then i demand you send me your turbo and nitrous kit so i could use it for better purposes
