new project that just started.....now new FAT hole in wallet!
welp lets see how much im gonna spend on this...im guestimating around $8k to $10k.....but it will be going in my es1......with only i think about 90 miles on the motor! sorry pics are kind fcuked up cuz i took it with my phone.


pics were taken from the warehouse where the motor came out of the container with all the other jdmness inside of it( i.e. rb26's, sr20's, some vq motors, etc..) well wish me luck!

your going to love it since I got rid of my es2 and got the dc5 I just don't know why I did not do that in the first place

oh and yea it is the type-r motor(k20a) and just in time too cuz im about to get my smog license and gonna get a raise at my work for being one too.....ill keep you guys updated on it

hope you can bypass the dbw.
just a forewarning ... there may be a difference in the euro-r subframe and perhaps mounting areas. hopefully hasport mounts will fit.

The normal jdm accord/usdm tsx is a k24a2.

And hope hope you didnt pay more that 5500 for that or if you havent i hope you wont spend more than that. Cause thats how much i bought the entier front clip for. :-D Straight from japan! *makers of the finest american cars*

Mounts = hasport
Shift linkage look for a wreck rsk type s
Hope you also go your radiator, hoses, and if you plan on keeping ac and pws goign to need some hoses for that too.

my cousin from utah knows a import sellers that has a buddy in japan ship him a container from japan to utah full of rb, sr, k series motors...etc and he just sells em on ebay and stuff.
well update on my project avter christmas = BROKE
so i have no more money left till i get paid at work.........damn so its just sitting here.
