New turbo problem please help again
Ok I figured out were the oil was leaking from now I have the turbo on. The only problem is there is no boost!!! I have a tial wastegate, with it open on the part that doesn't attach to the manifold. Someone I know said that they think its the wastegate being open like that but Im not for sure if any of you can give me some help that would give me a place to start looking for the problem. I haven't messed with my boost controller yet because it was to late and I was tired do you think it could be set low or anything like that any help would be appreciated thanks.

check your intercooler pipes.
does your engine sound very loud while at idle, almost like you have no exhaust? If you can hear exhaust coming out of the wastegate, then that may be your problem.
When you are new to turbos, the most common thing that happens is you leave an intercooler pipe loose somewhere. If 1 intercooler pipe is simply loose, you wont have ANY boost. Double check all your pipes.

That is the first thing i thought about.
check your lines, running from the waste gate to the compressor housing.
Make sure there not plugged up. Also dont know what boost controller you have make sure you installed the one way filter the right way.
