Oil feed and return line

I just wanted to see where other people put there oil feed line and there return line. That is the only problem I am having with the turbo install is where to put thoughs. If someone could give me an idea that would be great thanks.

There is oil pressure sensor just above oil filter, use that hole to run oil feed line. You will need to use T connection for it.
Oil return line, run a hose from the turbo to the oil pan. Tap oil pan on the side at the very top.
I hope it helps.
Good luck with your project!

perfect^^

I would recommend on the return line, connect it to the turbo, and see where it ends up on the oil pan. So you dont have any quinks(sp?) in it. You want a nice flowing line, and dont want to tap/install the pan only to find out you did it an inch or even less off.

heres another tip. use a short piece of flex hose with 1/8 npt ends (12"-18")for the begining of the feed line then tee it and zip tie the connection to some place cozy on the firewall. I have seen several hard connections break off the block from the engine vibrations. If it breaks and you arent paying attention say goodbye to Mr. Engine. You can get them from summit or jegs pre-made, you may hafta get like a NOS hose or an Autometer oil sending unit hose. The $10 is well worth the piece of mind.

check your yellow pages for hydraulic supplies we have 2-3 places in town that can make any length/or supply stainless steel with fittings or crimped fittings to your length and fairly inexpspensive
