simple question
I think this is a simple question but i dont know the answer. On the bov what does soft and hard mean??? Where do i want to have it? Can someone explain this to me 
it is used to 'tune' the BOV so it will hold boost yet be responsive...
too hard and you will have compressor surge...
too soft and it will blow off too early or won't hold boost well..
