I don't understand how to install those check valves to the MAP. Any DIY w/pics?

Yes. All you need to do is jam one end of the vacuum t (with a small piece of hose around it for seal) into the map plug on the manifold, then take the o-ring off of the map sensor and plug the map into the other end of the hose on the top of the t.
