Dezods turbo downpipe
Is it legal in a state like Pa? Without crazy emissions laws? Like will I pass inspection? Cause the cat really isn't visible, its kinda like welded on.

you should be fine if you arent throwing codes. obII vehicles emissions consist of hooking up their computer to see if you are throwing codes, or using a checkvalve to keep the CEL off, cuz apparently thats illegal, but they cant really tell you have em. at least from what I was told by somebody who worked there. Black boxes are illegal as well, but they cant really tell if you have one other than looking. and even than, you just say its some part that came with the car, you dont know what it is, haha.
as long as you have a cat and are not throwing codes, you should be fine.

hmm.... This downpipe would be a good idea for when I want to run open downpipe, if I feel like it. But to pass inspection, I can put this on. Meaning I would use my stock to run open dp. I would also drill a second hole so I can put the o2 sensor from the cat into the dp, thus allowing for no cell!
