Problems w/ E-Manage/Profec E-01 and car...
OK, The other day I was messing around with my e-Manage while the car was on, I went to the airflow adjustment map and I changed it but I never exported it to the e-Manage, but I don't know if this was the cause of the problem.
Now, the Profec dosen't display any of the features of the e-Manage such as Airflow output/Input, TPS ETC.
Now here's the weird thing the Profec is getting the TPS signal from the e-Manage cause you can check the throttle settings and it's getting it...but it's not showing up on the Profec anyone know why?
Then after that my car's idle started messing up, like it'll drive pretty gopod but the car is running way too rich, I can smell pure fuel from the exhaust, and the car sputters badly at idle and the exhaust sounds like I have cams...someone help!

Sounds like a serial killer. Is that what you are?

I ran into the exact same problem. I had to use a laptop to set the parameter settings instead of the e-01. Then send the settings from the e-manage to the e-01. Then you can use the e-01 to tune the maps selected in the parameter settings. Just don't change any of the parameter settings with the e-01. For some reason it messes things up changes the type of airflow sensor which causes the car to run extemely rich.
Use the support tool to set the parameters and check all maps needed. Then don't go back in parameter settings and you'll be good.
