hey are there any other manifolds that will work with the t28bb that will still fit fine with the rest of the kit, their mani looks shoddy and i would rather get a diff one...haha If i get the kit the only things im really even using from it would be the intercooler, turbo, piping, and lines...otherwise I'm swapping out all the other stuff...
Hey street I was wondering how long you will be running that deal on the greddy emanage with all the harnesses? I'm in the process right now of putting the money together to purchase the t28bb. Now once I have the kit tunning will be another issue, another member on here told me there is a place about 2 1/2 hrs from me that is really good but I don't know if I do the install myself that I want to drive with a untuned turbo for 2 hrs. **** at this point once I do get the kit I will personally fly someone to me that can tune lol....

Also, I don't know a lot about the eManage. Must I buy the software to tune it or can it be tuned without it?

Thank you street, I won't go anywhere else but to you. Everyone that has dealt with you
has had nothing but good things to say. From reading alot of the posts it is clear that you go out of your way to help us all out, so thank you!

Yeah. Sounds good. Found a gut to put my kit on. I'm planning on getting the eManage next check.
So, the eManage will replace the TSI injectors and harness. I still want to use the ICU for turbo timing. Can I do that? I'm getting a TurboXS boost controller (on the way) to prevent overboosting problems. How will that set up work?
TSI's ICU for turbo timing
eManage for fuel management
TurboXS manual boost controller

i order the rsx-s injectors after talking to (ken at pruven performance and going to turbotrix and them ****in with my car. my car runs lean at curtain points cause the injectors cant hold all that much. so next week ill be getting my injector installed and getting rid of the extra's and the stocks. the guy (ken) said my car should run a hell of alot better doing this.

yup, same prob. You have to get some custom piping, that goes at more of an angle up, than around the wheel
edit - I just noticed what my custom title says, hahaha thanks rufus

Should work fine. But dont quote me on that.
Actually, i believe that is one of the fuel options from tsi. afcII, map box, and boost controller or something else.

StreetLevelPerformance is the best deal. They are a vendor on this site. Get the TSI Extreme with the eManage upgrade for 100 bucks. Its way needed to use the emanage, the only way to be reliable.
There is a spot under retail sales or group buys I beleive where he has the deal posted. They're the cheapest, and helpful.
I havent been able to get a hold of them for 4 days though, they havent been online. It sucks, I need either my money back or my clutch. Only cuz Im selling my car, Ill see what he can work out. Ill pay it off if I need to, and sell it.

the reason i asked about the safc2 cuz the mechanic from a local shop says that my car is picking up a high voltage code. he says its proly from the map unit and the afc tryin to do the same thing. anyone else have this problem? anyone have suggestions? whats happening is when i hit low throttle at high rpm (freeway driving) check engine lights for a sec then the car kinda jolts, then goes back to normal.

Thats your MAP sensor. More than likely. Doublecheck all your connections, if they are crimped and not soldered, SOLDER THEM! Make sure its wired correctly, make sure all connections are good, all grounds, etc. Make sure no wires are exposed, all covered in shrinkwrap or electrical tape. I had the same thing happen, CEL, jerky shifting, jerky driving while NOT accelerating, i was freaked out. Just double check/triple check all connections for safety reasons anyways.
And why am I still helping you after you were talking sh**?

We wired everything right the first time when installing, than tried switching something around, than put it back (quickly to test it out again), and forgot to make a better connection. So after I resoldered it, and made new connections, it worked awesome, no probs since. also make sure no wire/solder is exposed. That will cause it to do the same thing, if it touches any sort of metal. It could cause a fire, but it will definately cause it to bog down, stall out, shift crappy, drive crappy, etc.
