AEM EMS feedback any one?
Post here if you do.
Me like many others are curious to see the first impresions and numbers of this system.
Also I'll like to know what the overall costof the unit and all harnesses and sensors needed for boosted engines.
And the cost associated with the install.

Well worth it. Tons of ability to modify settings. Install is cake, plug and play not like the E-Manage. Depends upon how indepth you want to go, the cost plays more of a role.
and a lot of $$....should be worth it on the D17. If i knew what I were doing in the next 6 months with my car i would probably start saving to buy it. But not sure, someone will, and someone will make 300+ numbers

We know that a lot of products that work on other cars don't do as well with 7thgens
I know that an A/C switch has to be installed.
How much and how hard is to install and, better yet, does it work?
I know that different settings would have to be installed when boosting.,
Would we need a boost sensor?
I want to hear from ppl that actualy have it installed and tunned.
You just buy the aem 3.5 bar map sensor and recalibrate the maps for boost. I just got mine today. I havent installed it because my motor is apart. With the map sensor it was around $1650. I have access to a dyno for cheap money. All I can say is wow. Its relatively easy to configure with the basemaps. A little more complex than the emanage. There are so so so many options. Traction control, two step and rev limits by fuel and ignition cut, shift cut, boost controller with the $45 soleniod and so much more. Its not for the inexperienced though. If you dont understand manifold pressure and injector pulse width dont even open the cal maps. I dont have ac so I cant tell you if it works for sure. This is totally sick and the best part is if I ever wanted to boost a k20 I dont need another standalone ecu.
