Help troubleshoot my turbo problems! Help!

well a few things are going on after I drove the car down the block. Vac is reading 18. Is that normal(in fla). My bov seems so wine a bit after I get off the gas. does that mean i need to tighten it?(greddy type S, vac line in the top port) and i've gone up to 5k rpms and still the gauge won;t reach boost but I feel the car pulling. I have a Turbo XS duel stage BC and the ***** on both are completely closed. if I had the vac imput and output lines backwards, would this cause the problem? thanks for you quick responses in advan

Does the boost gauge read anything? Where is the line for the gauge tapped off of? Full throttle runs?

Possibly, hook up your boost gauge to the turbo. See what you are making. You may have a boost leak.

you meaning vac when at idle? I run about 21 vac at idle and average anything between 7-11 vac when cruising.
