No Spark.. Again!?!?
So my 95 Civic with a swapped D16Y7 had no spark. Cranked but no start. After troubleshooting, diagnosed a bad coil. Did also replaced the ignitor. Fired right up. Perfect!! On the initial test drive, only went about a block when the engine shut off. No spark again. Can a brand new ignitor and coil fail going about a block????
Going back to the troubleshooting but.. really?!

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Can a brand new ignitor and coil fail going about a block????
Recheck your installation first.
Any loose wire terminals?
Spade terminal missed a male blade?
Loose screws?
Where did the parts come from? (huge clue LOL)

I changed the ICM first thinking that was the problem, no luck. After replacing the ignition coil, it ran.
Parts supply is very limited here. My parts came from Napa. I'll have to mail order better stuff.
