Fuel Help

I want to put a t3 super 60, but I need fuel to get the boost I want. Will injectors and an inline fuel pump be enough to get about 8 to 10 psi? I have the stock d17 and want to swap eventually to a b20. Until then I just want to see what power I can get out of this crappy d17.

I have not been able to find any aftermarket injectors or in-tank high flow fuel pumps. I know the rsx-s injectors fit but how many ccs are they?
Also I was told that the civic is returnless, would it be in our best intrest for turbo application to make it a return fuel system? Any help would be great, thanks!

You will also need some way to control those larger injectors. The B20 won't fit without considerable custom fabrication, which can be done, but is expensive. The rsx injectors are 340cc I believe. The fuel system is returnless, that is correct, and It would be worthwhile to swap over to a return style fuel system, I think SLP sells a nice one.

For the in tank pumps, a regular walbro will fit, but you need to modify the housing.

Sweet just the answer I needed. Yes there is a lot of work to put the b20 in, currently I am in school at wyotech and should be able to get it done in one of my classes, not without a lot of jokes about civics though, this school is straight hick!

Thanks for the help

On another note, do you happen to know if the h22's will fit, I think it is to big and don't really want to attempt it, but if it will fit I'll go for it.

I didnt get the Return line system...!
all you really need, is a custom Fuel Rail, that you can fit bigger injectors on.. I heard Type S works on our cars but i am not sure how many CC"s they are..
I just went ahead and got me some RC 310's thats good enough...
You stock Fuel pump should push up to 12 psi's...
The way i am runnin my turbo right now, fuel wise!..

1.RC 310's
2.Custom Port N polished Fuel Rail
3.stock pump (I have a walbro but cant put it in cuz i would need the return line)
4.S-AFC II

Just with that setup, i am runnin 14's on the 1/4.,,,

for bosting 10psi just install your walbro pump with a braided line non return using an FMU as pressure controler.
You don't have to have a return line to install your pump.
This set up will work with the stock injectors up to 12 psi .

Going with the b20 because I can get one for like $650 and want to do a b16 head swap.
The k20a is like 5500. to much for my budget.

I have heard a lot of people saying not to go with the v/c afc and to go with the emanage, does anyone know the key differences? I would like to have the vafc II and are you sure that you can run a walbro pump without the return line?

you know if you switch to an older honda motor B series you wont meet any emissions standards?

I know I will not meet emissions if I go with a engine earlier than 2001 but can if I go with 2001+. Having a hard time finding an engine that way so I probably wont have a legal swap, I have a friend that has smoged my 83 camaro and i am hoping he will do the same for my civic after the swap.

why turbo and then swap??? Waste of money, imo.
Turbo setup custom : $3200-3500+
Swap : B20 ~ $650 + custom mount + custom fab. + wiring = ????

you are right it will end up costing me more in the long run, but I am making my turbo kit and the grand total with injectors, fuel pump, vafc, avcr, turbo, bov, intercooler and turbo timer with some hardware in there too, it is about $2000. plus I get hardware for wholesale while I am at school and can fab the kit here too.
with the swap after I can keep mostly all the parts just have to buy/fab. a new kit for it. So in short more power now and even more power later. In a perfect world I would have the money to do it all at once.
