N2o ?

Do you guys think its ok to run the nitrous line through the interior of the car instead of under? I havn't made up my mind which way to run it yet. Through the interior panels would be nice and easy.< just the way I like it.

Running it through the cabin is fine. The line is less prone to damage if it is inside the car.

thats what I was thinking about when I was gonna get some nitrous. I woulda ran it inside my car if its ok. I figured thelines wouldnt get damaged as easily, just make sure the lines arent crimped (is that the word I want to use?). It may be less safe in an accident, just get out of the car, so if its leaking, you dont go crazy than die. God forbid. Good luck

You'll be able to smell it if it is leaking. They put sulfur dioxide in automotive grade nitrous for that very reason. (and to keep people from huffing it)

yeah, thats why Im saying get out of the car so he doesnt go crazy and die. I would think breathing that in for a while would make ya really sick or dead.

I was also thinking about the odds of a steel braided hose springing a leak. ..pretty slim. Do you think the tech people at the drag strip would care one way or the other? Thanks for the help.

No. There is a reason they use braided hoses on spacecraft

Yes they will let you run. The bottle needs a blow down tube if it is located inside the cabin. It must be vented to the outside of the car.

Civic_RedLine will become famous soon enough
yeah I ran mines inside too, through passanger side not the middle. And yesss you can smell it. You can smeel it even when using it. I actually like the smell, but doesnt mean I literally sniff it jus tbecause i liked the smell. Nitrous makes you high. When I had disconnected my bottle and brought it home, my friends came over and wanted to try it. All they did was knock out for about 5 mins and wake up. Its basically laughing gas that dentists use to make you go to sleep. However, inhaling too much can kill you. I never actually tried inhaling nitrous.

Btw, Im running lines inside and its fine no problems at all. I would think its better running inside, b ut outside should be ok since its stainless steel. I tried hack sawing it and no luck cutting it because its too thick. And getting a blow down tube should be ideal. I want one so I would feel safer, anyone know where to get it? I already have a hole premade so it can be routed outside the car.
