We'll just say around $250 for a BOV, flange, and welding. That's a 10% increase in total price for a non-essential piece of equipment.
I agree with you about using one. I am using one on my setup. But if you are trying to go budget turbo, it's not needed to get you up and running.

well that may be true but it seems essential enough to me... rather dump that extra 250 and not worry about my engine getting messed up than to go without it and chance on spending even more money for another engine or to fix it... and i'm pretty sure on most of the products i can get cheaper so it'll end up balancing out =)
$250????
You can get a greddy type s $169.99:

You can even get a used one on ebay for ~110-125.

lol i never said the the BOV was gonna be 250 i was just repeating the amount somebody else said... to me it seemed a lil farfetched too...
As far as the fabrication and welding... would it have to be tig welded or what???

oh and with the setup i'm thinkin about, would it be hard to build it if i wanna keep my a/c and **** like that... i really don't wanna get rid of any of the other stuff and i'm a lil nervous about having to move it but i'd rather move it then completely get rid of it... but would it be easy to get around moving the a/c and if i did have to move it... is it that difficult to find another spot???
thanx for all the support and suggestions guys, this is going really well and a whole lot better than expected.

1. Garrett GT25R If u wanna see specs
2. HKS Manifold
3. Garrett Intercooler (24" Wide - 6.5" Tall - 3" Thickness)
4. Greddy Type S Blowoff valve
5. RSX-S Injectors
6. Charge Piping
7. Custom Downpipe
Did i pretty much get all the main parts?? the turbo is internal wastegated so i don't need an external one right?? All I am missing now is the charge piping (is that the same thing as intercooler piping?) and the gaskets, fittings, and clamps... Is there any major components i'm missing right now from the list? I know imma need boost controller and **** like that...

Gauges, Fuel Managment (eManage), oil kit, some more lines for stuff. You've got quite a more to go
i know i have more to go but are the things I listed like all the major ****?? that's all the major stuff right excluding the gauges and emanage right? so the rest of the **** i would need is just fitting, vaccum hoses, gaskets, couplers and clamps... anymore small things??
