K20a2 swap and turbo!!!!!!!
yo guys, Once I get my next paycheck on saturday im gettin the cybernation stage 1 turbo put in. I cant wait. I should be puttin out 300 whp.The swap and turbo cost 8750 installed.

That is a pretty good deal. I am gettin ready to buy an '04 K20A2 engine for $4500 plus shipping. This cost includes everything except the subframe so you figure another couple hundred dollars. My local tuner is going to charge me about $750 for labor. The turbo kit you are buying most cost $2500-3000 and then you gotta add an intercooler.

Don't blow the motor? Are you serious? A stock K20A2 can easily handle up to 10 psi of boost. Those engines are solid.

lol he says 10psi like thats a lot. sure, for our cars, idk. but in the grand scheme of boosting, 10psi is waaaaaay lower than most turbo'd cars right outta the box. (SRT, Evo, WRX, MazdaSpeed, etc...). matter of fact, my ex-GF has an Evo and is pushing 24psi on stock (100%) internals. so i guess its a lil far-fetched to call the K20 "solid"..lol no offense. just 2 cents.

i gota k20a all motor (toda internals) in my ex coupe.. thought u guys wud like to see a video of my coupe givin it to a blown WS-6 Trans Am on the highway.. in the video he doesnt pass me until 170 mph.. its crazy

3 of my boys have got k20a2 in hatches n theyre running 18 lbs. in stock internals.. i aint gona complain with that
