Hey guys im in the process of diciding weither to save up for a k20 or turboing my car... In the long run i hope to end up getting both. What turbo kits are availible and what are the ETs with the kits. I know a civic with a k20a2 can runs low 14s to high 13s (i think correct me if im wrong)

Rep Power: 277 Yeah this same question was posted yesterday. However, if you say in the long run you are going to get both, why would you bother boosting the d17? Wouldn't that mean that you end up throwing away the money you spent on a turbo. Get the K20a2 and boost it.

high 14's with a good driver
anywayz, no sense in doing things twice. If you have the money and you are going to get both. Swap first then boost later.

Rep Power: 0 you could always just boost ur D17 and build it. I think that might actually be cheaper in the long run, plus if you ever sell the car, you will be able to sell for higher if it has the stock engine in it.
