Help with fuel system... (56k warn)

Help with fuel system... (56k warn)

COuld some one please point out witch one of the fuel lines and vacuum lines goes to what part of the SF Fuel System, and also how do you conect the relay and to witch wires, and where do I place the vacuum T....

That bblack **** thing is your pressure switch and that pipe is for your alchool injection in case you don't know.

ok, in the 2nd pic you see your "Denso sensor Map" and there is a vaccum hose coming out from behind that and runs to the TB (right under your throttle cable).....cut that and insert the white T fitting.


For the fuel system, there should be fittings labled "In" and "Out". Find your stock fuel line that comes from your firewall to your fuel rail. Cut that and from the firewall, connect to the "In" and from the "Out" connect to the fuel rail.

For the relay. There are 5 prongs, the one in the middle doesn't get used. If you hold the relay so that it is facing you, in other words, the flat piece with the hole in it to fasten it is in the back......like you were gonna mount it. The prong in the front goes to the red left screw in your fuse box. The prong in the back goes to the power on the fuel pump. The prong on the right is a gound and the prong on the left is a switch power. I hooked it up to the green/yellow wire in my cig lighter. Then the other wire on the fuel pump is just a ground.
