Turbo and Piston Rings

Turbo and Piston Rings ok guys please help me. i can not find the answer i am looking ofr and i have looked all over the place i think. i know that hondas are notorius for blowing the piston rings when they are turbocharged. my question is that are our pistonrings, pistons, etc.. better than all the previous 1.6's and if so how and how much better. or is everyone running on hopes and prayers.
