SF? Catalyst? Where are you???
Ok, I am not trying to put SF in a negative area here, but I think its about time that someone from SF should step up and let everyone, waiting on their orders, know what’s happening.
I can understand a delay in delivery but what I cant figure out is that why cant they answer our calls, emails, pms etc??? Saying they are too busy working on kits and stuff is a very lame excuse. And if they are working so hard, then why are customers still waiting for their stuff?
I am sorry to say, but this is not a professional behavior at all. And if SF wants to grow into a big company, this sure is not the right way to get there. I know there are problems at every step, but that does not mean that you should disappear on your customers. After all, your business is there because of them. If you guys are facing some serious matters, share them with your customers. And if your reasons are fair enough, I am sure everyone would understand instead of being mad at you guys.
If anyone from SF is reading this then now would be a good time to say something and let your customers (current & future) know what’s happening.
(And please don’t lock/delete this thread until SF comes out with some answers)

Catalyst PROMISED me a time period of 4-8 weeks. Thats one of the biggest reasons I placed my order with him. If he would have told me that it could take anywhere between 3 to 6 months, I might havent placed an order at all.
But again as I said before, SF not responding in a professional manner is something they need to work on. I can personally wait for another week or even a month but only if they can give one fixed date and then make sure they deliver accordingly.

I am going to close this.

Stafford is still a PAID vendor on here. Again, I understand your frustration. If anyone from SF wants to post, they have the opportunity in the tracking thread.
